KENYAN 'BIGOS' IN CRACOW

We have a pleasure to invite you to the event named "Kenyan bigos" (bigos- Polish dish, 'sauercraut stew'), which will take place in Cracow on 30th March. All the interested ones will be given opportunity to visit a small stall offering products made of leather from Marleen Cafts. You can find there some new products - still warm, heated up in Kenyan sun and brought from Nyahururu few days ago. By the way... What does Kenya have in common with 'bigos'? This is how the organizer - Mrs. Bogumiła Jarecka - compared Kenya to the mentioned dish in a very beautiful way: "Cabbage is sour and so Kenyan life seemed to be. At least at the very beginning. However the longer 'bigos' lies, the better it tastes. Currently I consider Africa in a different way. At the beginning I tasted it fresh and felt each ingredient separately. Mhm… The most tasty 'bigos' is the one which is warmed up. And so you need to come back there for a longer while and taste it once again for you could taste it comprehensively this time. This made me go to my room, sit in front of my computer and book my ticket."
