THE TINGE OF KENYA IN CRACOW: 18TH FEBRUARY 2011
On behalf of the Central Community Centre in Cracow, „Kazimierz” Club and the Polska-Sahara Association, we invite you for the meeting from the cycle titled as "the Tinge of Africa". Its leitmotive will be named as "Kenya remains in heart".
Venue: Kraków - "Kazimierz" Club, Krakowska Str. 13
- "Africa full of hope" - photo exhibition vernissage by Justyna and Łukasz Piątek, account of their voluntary work at the catholic mission in Kithatu village (the exhibition will be open between 18th February and 10th March).
- "Kenyan inspirations" - artistic impressions by the painter from Cracow - Marlena Nizio, inspired by her travel to Kenya.
- "Kenya and its surroundings" - slide exhibition by Radosław Brzezowski. The slides were taken during a research and development stay in East Africa lasting three years.
- African tasting.
- "African stall" - the Kenyan fair offering handicraft from the "Sanaa" e-shop.
