KENYA IN POLISH SCHOOL

On Thursday, 16th. October 2008, Kenyan-Polish Forum together with Simba Friends Foundation helped organizing a Kenyan stand during the UN Day in the American School of Warsaw.

The event enabled the youngest pupils to commune with cultures and customs of different countries, as well as checking their knowledge on it. Besides Kenya, they could also „visit” for example South Africa, USA, India, China, Korea and several European countries. There was also food, regional clothes and handicraft.

At our Kenyan stand every child could chat with real Kenyans – James and Martin. Our presence in the school was due to commitment in the project of Klaudia – a school student, a Kenyan’s daughter. We thank for invitation, and all the schools interested in promoting Kenya we invite to corporate with us!
