POLISH MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS GIVES MONEY FOR PROJECTS IN KENYA!
For few years the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs organizes grant competitions for non-governmental organizations concerning fundraising for projects implementation in the developing countries. This year the NGOs competed for money to be used in implementation of projects in Africa and Middle East and its amount was 4,5 milion PLN. We have pleasure to announce, that the projects implemented in Kenya also this year got the ministry donation.
Three "Kenyan" projects received financial support of the Ministry. Two of them are implemented by the Poland-East Africa Economic Foundation (PEAEF), and one by the Simba Friends Foundation (SFF). PEAEF is intending to rebuilt school in Kawangware - slums in Nairobi - and to built a dam in Machakos, city located to the East of the capital city. Simba Friends is going to build school in Maji Moto - the village located near rhe famous National Park Masai Mara.
It is worth to mention, that our Kenyan-Polish Forum plays a partner rule in all these winning projects! All the implementation's news will be reported on our website. We want to congratulate our both partners and we rejoice together with you!
